Mellen Lioness (C2)

The Mellen Lioness club was chartered October 5, 1976.

Our club is active in:  Vision screening, Salvation Army bell ringers; weekly craft session at the Senior Center; volunteers at the local thrift store; support the BRICK food shelf; drive seniors to their appointments; participate in the community choir; supply and distribute books to students.

Our Pie Social on July 4th is a big draw.  As a result, we present the Frnk McKay scholarship to a graduating senior.

Other contributions go to Leader Dog; Liones Eye Bank; Wisconsin Lions Camp; 5th grade Trees for Tomorrow and other local benefits
